Infants

Your baby is one of your most precious gifts and we are honored to be a part of their journey from the very beginning. We’re not just a daycare, we’re an extension of your home.

Infants experience care through relationships that are responsive to their needs, which build the foundation for lifelong mental and emotional health and well-being. Our infant program places a special focus on building connections and fostering healthy attachments while providing responsive and nurturing care. Through respectful caregiving and interactions, educators demonstrate to infants that they are loved, valued, and seen as people.

A glimpse of your infant’s day

Our highly trained infant teachers will follow your lead and partner with you to ensure your baby’s developmental needs are met every step along the way. They create predictable routines and nurturing classroom environments that foster social and emotional development.

While much of an infant’s day can seem like rhythms of sleeping and eating, our team is skilled at encouraging exploration and establishing trusting connections. Through age-appropriate, natural materials inspired by our Reggio Emilia approach, your infant will be introduced to sensory play, art, music, language, and fine/gross motor activities that are documented and shared with you in real-time through our daily Procare app.

Communication

We use the Procare software, an integrative childcare system. The parent engagement app allows parents to notify us when they are within the geofence so that we can be ready to escort their children for pick-up and drop-off when the parent arrives. We also have an open-door policy and parents are welcome to come in for drop-off and pick-up or any other time throughout the day.

Our educators communicate with families on a daily basis, discussing their children’s current interests, learning and development. The parent engagement app is also used to send messages, updates on Meals and Diapering/Potty, and, to share photos of children’s play and exploration throughout the day. So, even though parents may not be physically close to their children during the day, they can still feel connected and be aware of what they have been up to!
